PropelAI builds digital products and AI systems for lean organizations — the software a business actually runs on, in production in weeks. That only works with a small number of people who can carry a problem from a discovery call to a deployed system without a layer of process in between.

What the job is actually like
No performance of work. Read these honestly and decide whether it sounds good or exhausting — both are legitimate answers.
You own the whole slice
There is no handoff from design to engineering to deployment. You scope it with the client, build it, ship it to production, and watch it run. That is more ownership than most roles give you and more exposure than some people want.
Fixed price, fixed scope, real dates
Engagements are sized XS through L with a fixed price and an end date — never hourly. Estimating well matters here, and so does saying no to scope that will not fit. You will be asked what you think, and the answer is expected to be direct.
Weeks, not quarters
A Liftoff XS is three weeks end to end. That cadence rules out heavyweight process and rewards people who can make a good decision with incomplete information and correct it later.
The client is in the room
You will talk to the people who use what you build — dispatchers, capture managers, operations leads. If you would rather work from a ticket, this is the wrong shop.
